Pure, transparent architecture
The development is made up of a number of buildings, each given its own contemporary reading which allows it to establish its own, individual identity. Brillat-Savarin derives its overall architectural coherence from the consistency in the materials, interior spaces and balconies. Its facades harmoniously marry traditional stone bases with asymmetric clad or stone-finished upper exteriors. The striking combination of glass and steel and the importance given to the windows, which allow generous amounts of light into the apartments, afford the development its unique personality. Architect Erwan Thual has conceived an environment with a truly human dimension - a warm, luminous space, congenial and soothing, harmonious and serene. Subtly constructed exterior views, too, form a fundamental part of the overall design.
