At the heart of life in the city of Nice

Located at 23 Rue Pastorelli, the residence stands at the heart of life in the city of Nice. The first street on the right, Rue Gubernatis, is a pleasant thoroughfare with famous wine cellars where one can sample Niçois stuffed vegetables while savouring fine vintages, shop in designer boutiques, a herbalist’s or an outstanding chocolate store… there’s even a square where children play, under the palm trees.
Turning towards Rue de l’Hôtel des Postesit’s the retail excitement that grabs you, letting go only once your shopping is done and your bags loaded!

At the end of the Promenade, the Mediterranean

Between the historic Old City and Place Masséna, both just 5 minutes away on foot, the residence is also only a few hundred meters from the Albert 1er Gardens, which bear that name in homage to the once King of Belgium.
Also very close to the Promenade des Anglais, it almost borders on the streets of the famous musicians district, distinguished by its “belle époque” facades and in which plaques honour the names of composers who have spent time here… and other who have never even been here!
