In Nice, great importance has always been afforded to architecture, as evidenced by the beauty of the “Belle époque” and art deco facades. Above all, through the contrasting effect they create, these magnificently restored, perfectly maintained buildings bring out the contemporary style of the neighbouring modern buildings.

Bow windows that project out towards the city

Cogedim has taken great care to preserve the quality of the architectural heritage. In its upscale “Jardin Pastorelli” residence, the design of architect Dider Salon harmoniously blends bases with stone cladding, bow windows and lofts with dormer windows on its street-facing façade, thus paying homage to the surrounding buildings. In the garden, the town houses boast an elegantly southern French architectural style: sloping roofs on four sides, clay roofing tiles. The inspiration is very definitely “provençale”.

Balconies that open onto a garden

On the side facing the wonderful landscaped garden, plenty of space is given to the generous balconies that allow residents to sunbathe all year round and to savour, as they deserve, the calm of this space conceived by the landscape designer Catherine Houssin.
