Architecture that marries tradition with modernity

Its designers, the Poissonnier Ferran architects’ studio, approached their task with two key requirements in mind.
The development would have to integrate into a complex urban environment, while at the same time asserting its own upscale, residential style.

Resolutely contemporary, the main façade rises skyward from the bright, windowed platform provided by the stores at the foot of the building.

This beautiful building will include a vast, landscaped entry hall, with a double-height ceiling, embellished with an extraordinary wall of light and water.
