- In all rooms and on the balconies, the floors are covered with attractive sandstone tiling, a material typical of the south of France and that keeps things cool, while also being easy to maintain. The terraces are finished with a block tiled floor.
- All bathrooms and showers boast walls part-covered in elegant earthenware tiles bearing a decorative motif.
- The sanitary equipment is elegant and functional with: a vanity top, mirror and lamps in the bathroom and, in the shower room, a glass shower screen. Both rooms have a heated towel rack.
- The bedroom cupboards come equipped with hanging facilities, shelves and drawers. The elegant sliding doors are covered with a mirror in the main bedroom and at the entrance.
- The roller or sliding blinds in some of the apartments are equipped with an individual electric control unit.
- Thanks to pre-cabling, you are equipped to access the internet and receive TV channels transmitted over the cable network.
